  • Eos Airlines announced that every guest who registers and purchases a round-trip ticket between October 31st and November 16th will receive either a Nintendo game system or bonus points in their loyalty progam. Fares of $4000 or above will get a Wii or 40,000 points. Fares below that will receive a DS Lite or 20,000 points.
  • Airtran will begin nonstop service from Atlanta to San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 5th. Airtran will also launch daily nonstop flights from Orlando to San Juan the same day and add a second flight on April 9th.
  • bmi and United will broaden their codeshare agreement to include five new U.S. destinations from London Heathrow: Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington San Francisco and Denver. Sales will begin today with the codeshare commencing on March 30, 2008.
  • bmi also announced new service from London Heathrow to Dammam, Saudi Arabia with three weekly flights beginning next year. bmi already serves Saudi Arabia with service to Riyadh.
  • Virgin America announced service between San Diego and its base at San Francisco. Service will begin February 12th with three daily flights, expanding to five on March 9th. Connecting service will be available to New York and Washington-Dulles.
