Someone at Jetblue Thinks We’re Idiots

By | March 19, 2007

Last month, we ran a post summarizing Carl Howe’s thoughts on “The Difference Between Good and Bad Airlines” Howe thought that the defining characteristic of a good airline, or…to generalize, a good company is one whose employees are empowered and respond to problems.

Today we received a comment from ‘Steve’ stating simply that…”Whoever wrote this is an idiot.” What surprised us is that the IP address ‘Steve’ logged his message in from belongs to Jetblue, otherwise, such a vague message with no constructive criticism would have been deleted. We welcome and even delight in constructive criticism….it shows people are reading.

We appreciate that someone at Jetblue is watching us…we certainly watch them. Hopefully though, the next time they choose to contact us it will be with something more constructive. We are unsure who is an idiot…although we’re certain that like us, Carl Howe, if it is directed at him, doesn’t appreciate it either.
