American Airlines announced today it would be adding more mainline service to its St. Louis focus city. American took over focus operations in the city when it absorbed TWA, which maintained a hub there.

Beginning April 10th, service to Austin will feature round trips with one mainline jet and one regional jet. Service to Raleigh-Durham and San Antonio will feature two jet roundtrips, and Boston will feature three jet roundtrips.

American offers more than 200 flights from St. Louis’s Lambert International Airport every business day.
