We love Southwest and are happy to finally see them in our hometown of New York City. We are hoping they expand beyond Baltimore and Chicago to new offerings, which would require additional slots at LaGuardia Airport.
One of the most wonderful things about Southwest is their philosophy of People-first. They want to offer a good customer service experience, and pride themselves on it. Enjoy the video.
