  • TAM will start operating service from Sao Paulo to Cordoba, Argentina effective March 29th.
  • Midwest Airlines will launch service from Milwaukee to Raleigh/Durham beginning June 1st. Also on that day, it will upgrade Milwaukee to BWI from 32 to 50 seat regional jets, and from Milwaukee to Des Moines…all service will now be on 32-seat regional jets instead of a mix of regional jets and 19-seat turboprops. Finally, Milwaukee to Marqutte, Michigan will add two daily nonstop roundtrips on weekdays and one on weekends. through September 8th.
  • US Airways will order 60 aircraft by the end of April to replace 60 narrowbody jets, the same time they will be deciding what to do about their order for 20 A350s.
